Vegas Baby!
So a crucial last minute decision landed the two of us in Las Vegas. Needless to say, after a few days sleeping in the desert, a shower became a integral step before cruising The Strip. So a $10 truck stop shower later and we're ready to go after it. A first time roulette player, Ali and I play her birthday and Red on the outside. After hitting both wagers, team brown chips cash out and roll out. To the dismay of one particular duechy intoxicated business man at the table. As we rake in our cash to depart, he leaves us with a closing remark to the sorts of, "Oh Browns a big winner, Now you can take your special lady friend to a pancake dinner!" Ali, of course, is very excited for her pancake dinner.
Moab, Utah
Most of the campsites were full upon arriving in Moab around midnight. We broke camp 30 mins. outside of Moab on the rim of a canyon. The stars were brilliant and with perfect weather, were able to sleep tent-less under a huge sky.
The rest of the crew arrived the next night despite directions that included "drive 30 mins. on a dirt road that feels like you're in the middle of nowhere." Now 10 deep, a campfire cooked dinner, and rotating whiskey bottles were all we needed for a great camping experience. It was a beautiful site.
Last day in Moab and the fellas hit the mountain bike trail tackling one of Utah's very best rides, "The Whole Enchilada." A 30 mile 5 hour adventure covering some of the more technical terrain ranging from high rocky mountains over a pass, to desert slick rock and canyon rim riding to finally descend to the Green River. The BEST ride I have ever done.

The Black Mamba Leaves Aspen
Packed with mountain bikes, surfboards, The Black Mamba (Black Toyota 4Runner) pulls out of the beautiful Aspen valley during the fall leaf change. First stop on our road trip is Moab Utah to meet friends and camp, hike, and mountain bike. See ya in the 3.2 state, don't worry, we are bringing our own beer.
